KJFB Terms & Conditions — Complete Guidelines for Members

1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between KJFB and all its members, and apply equally to the use of the KJFB website (kjfb.net) and all associated services.

KJFB reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Accessing the site or using the service after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms are governed by the Bangla version, which shall be considered the definitive and binding text.
• KJFB operates under an international gaming license.
• It is the member's sole responsibility to comply with local laws when using our services.
• KJFB reserves the right to review or close any member's account at its sole discretion.

2 Account Registration

To register with KJFB, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be suspended at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

3 Age Policy

KJFB firmly believes that online betting is for adults only. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use KJFB's services.

• Date of birth is verified at the time of registration.
• If there is any suspicion, KJFB may request age verification documents at any time.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.
• Parents are also responsible for ensuring their children do not access or use KJFB.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

KJFB supports all major mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding BDT 5,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is completed.
• KJFB may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• Bonus balance is subject to specific wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.

5 Betting Rules

Make sure you fully understand these rules before placing any bets on KJFB. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If odds change after a bet has been placed, the odds at the time of placing the bet will apply.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a match tie, bet outcomes will be settled according to pre-established rules.
• KJFB will not be liable for bets voided due to technical issues during live betting.
• KJFB reserves the right to set a maximum bet limit per member for any given match.
• KJFB reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous odds value displayed in the system.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

KJFB regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, detailed on the respective offer page.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn unless the required wagering requirements have been met after claiming.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account termination.
• The welcome bonus is only available upon first-time registration.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• KJFB reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bets placed with bonus balance must have minimum odds of 1.50.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KJFB. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Participating in collusive play or match fixing.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, viruses, or any other technical means.
• Using another member's account.
• Using KJFB's services for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Misconduct or threats directed at KJFB staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

KJFB may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• There is a suspected breach of these terms.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• If a security breach or fraudulent activity is detected.

KJFB will generally notify a member before closing their account. However, in urgent cases, action may be taken without prior notice.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

KJFB takes your personal data very seriously. Our full Privacy Policy is published separately.

• Your information will never be sold or inappropriately shared with any third party.
• Data may be analysed to improve our services and maintain security.
• Information may be disclosed to relevant authorities when required by law or court order.
• All data is secured through SSL encryption.

10 Responsible Gaming

KJFB believes betting should be entertaining, not a burden. That's why KJFB provides a range of responsible gambling tools for its members.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off: Take a betting break for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent account closure.
• Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically suspended if losses exceed a specified limit.

11 Dispute Resolution

• Continued use of the service after receiving notice of changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
